   Standard private listings are A$1 entry plus a A$9 CivicCars Verification Pack. The Pack runs the PPSR check, ownership verification, and grants the Verified badge.

   Listing goes live with badges

   Once verified, the listing carries trust badges visible on /browse and the detail page. Buyers know exactly what they’re looking at.

   Buyer messages inside CivicCars

   All chat happens on-platform. Our Fraud AI scans every message in real time. Off-platform handoffs are automatically flagged.

   Trust-Bridge surfaces dealer alternatives

   Every private listing shows a Certified Dealer Alternative card — same make, model, year, region — so buyers can compare against a dealer with statutory protections.

6. 06

   Optional: insurance & finance referrals

   Buyers can pre-quote insurance and pre-qualify for finance via licensed third-party partners. CivicCars never touches the credit decision and clearly discloses sponsorship + commissions.
